Please note that this is not a standard feature of CubeCart. This will allow you to change the access level of particular customers, so that they have access to see your wholesale prices. Each of your products will have a standard price and a wholesale price. When customers with standard access look at your website, they see the standard price. When a customer with wholesale access logs into your website, they will see wholesale prices.

Setting Prices

First set each product so that it has a standard price and a wholesale price. Go to 'Catalog>View Products' and click 'Edit' next to the item you want to set. Then set the Wholesale price field:

If your customer does not already have an account to log into your website, they must first do so by clicking on the 'register' link in the Login box. They should tell you what their details are, before you can find them and grant them access to see your wholesale prices.

Go to 'Customers>View Customers':


Click 'Edit' next to the customer name:



Set the 'Customer Group' to 'Wholesale' and click 'Edit Customer' to save:



The next time your customer logs into your website, they will see your wholesale prices.
